Consequence in the afterlife

You say that there is no "punishment" in the afterlife for people who have done terrible things. Hitler for example.
This is not consistent with the evidence Victor Zammit has put up on his site, stating several times that every action has a consequence, that there are dark spheres for people who have done terrible things (rape etc), and that the people in question will have to recieve what they sent out, and then ask and recieve forgiveness from the people they hurt before they can progress.
Sorry if this post seems harsh, I just didn't know how else to put it.
