Dear Sir William
I implore you in all sincerity to manifest your countenance upon the bridge of the French Ammunition ship SS Mont Blanc at anchor off of McNabb Island, Halifax Harbor NS at 8:00 a.m. on the 6th of December,1917 and using all of your strength, convince Capt. les Medec that death a thousand fold waits in the narrows and that he should simply delay his movement from the anchorage for 1 hour.
Do this please for the good of many, many lives.
