You will be on a plane with people who are of like spiritual maturity with you. That means if you are loving and compassionate by nature when you cross over, you'll be with the others who are loving and compassionate. If you have a friend who was cruel, violent, and insensitive, that person is spiritually immature. He or she will be on a lower level plane with others who are cruel, violent, and insensitive. However, you will be able to go to that person because you're on a higher level. They will not be able to come to you because no one can go to a higher level plane than where they are. But you can help that person grow out of their cruel, violent, insensitive nature.

Yes, the people and pets you care about will all be there, and you can visit them whenever you wish, provided they also want to be with you.
