some time ago i read in a spiritual themed book that when we return to our spirit plain. we can if we wish trace every moment of our last incarnation or indeed all of them and that we can even look at any particular time/place/event and discuss it with our elders ? can you craig enlighten or give me your views on this very complex matter !
