Hello Robin,

The surroundings in the planes closest to the Earth plane are familiar to those who come from the Earth plane because we would be uncomfortable if they were different. When we transition onto the next plane, our mind, the eternal part of who we are, is exactly the same as it was when we were involved in the spiritual plane we call the Earth plane. There, we have wonderful reunions with our loved ones in the comfortable surroundings we're accustomed to from our stay on Earth. There are trees, streets, houses, flowers, and landscapes, just as on the Earth plane.

As a result, when someone transitioned onto the next plane from ancient Egypt, the surroundings looked like an ancient Egyptian would expect. Those from China during the Ming dynasty would find themselves in surroundings they had experienced on the Earth plane then. Everyone finds an environment that is familiar to them.

It's important to understand this about our eternal lives. The universe exists for you. It's a personal universe. The Source or Higher Power is dedicated to helping you grow spiritually, be with others you love, and feel joy and bliss in your life. You are the focal point of the Higher Power's attention, just as I am for my personal universe. Whatever is for your good will come about naturally. Any measure that will help you grow spiritually will come about.

And so, as you live your life, you're continually given guidance and help. You're never alone. We're in the Earth environment in 2010 because on this vibration, we're learning lessons together that it can teach. It's a harsh environment, but it's because we chose to be in these circumstances to learn the hard lessons the Earth plane teaches.

However, all of the periods in the history of the Earth, as well as the histories of all of the millions of other planes and spheres, are accessible to us. In other words, we're learning and growing, and as we do so, we're helping humanity to advance spiritually, but the future time when humankind is loving and compassionate on the Earth plane is already accessible. We're just at this period now because this time in Earth's "history" is the time that will teach us the lessons we need to learn.

So, yes, there is a story of the evolution of the universe we are in now that is 13.7 billion years old, with a solar system that is 4.5 billion years old, and life from its rudimentary forms that is 3 billion years old. But it's just part of the story. We are in the environments today of our personal universes that we are experiencing together so we can learn lessons in Earth school. That's what's important. All the rest is scenery for the play.

So the "afterlife" is really a misnomer. The Earth plane is a spiritual plane, and the next plane of life is as solid and real as the Earth plane. It's another plane, not an after-plane. And its vibration is already accessible. It doesn't have to evolve; it has already evolved.

Everything that ever was or ever will be is accessible. I use that term rather than "exists" because "exists" means something is scenery for the play we're in. It's part of the school we're experiencing. The Earth plane exists, but it was accessible before we incarnated onto it. And Earth in the year 3010 is accessible as well, even though we in 2010 are helping develop it.

Suffice it to say that "evolution" is part of the Earth plane's story, and has occurred on millions of planes in other ways, but a time, with sunrise, sunset, sunrise, sunset, isn't happening in the same way or place on all the planes at once. There is no "evolution" as such on the next plane of life that parallels Earth's evolution. Everything is simply accessible when we need it.
