If you wanted rain, I could imagine that you might have it. Others who also wanted it could experience it with you. Those who don't wouldn't be part of it. But that's just conjecture based on the fact that we experience what we want in the next plane. I don't know that for sure.

But you know that everything changes. You like a rainstorm now, but there will be other, marvelous experiences that you'll grow to love. There are countrysides filled with wild flowers as tall as trees, beautiful music that anyone can hear when we choose to, wildlife with no fear of people, and a great variety of other experiences. Music in concerts comes to people in sounds, but also in colors that swirl around the theaters and people. You don't know wonderful changes in the environment you'll love that you don't have now.
