It's been given many names. The Spiritualists call it Summerland. The name really is inconsequential. Yes, we do transition into another plane of life that is as you describe it.

You wrote, "Here, people go about their lives in a somewhat similar fashion - some have work, pursue art, music and other things that may have been important to them on earth, or perhaps they try their hand at new things that they never had a chance to pursue on Earth."

Yes, that's all true. But understand that the Earth plane is just another spiritual plane. What we're experiencing here is just like what we will experience on the next plane, but without any of the negatives, such as cold, ticks, disease, infirmity, and so on.

You wrote, "I also understand that as we spiritually progress, we move to higher plans, shedding our individuality/ego gradually."

No, that's not true. That's a Buddhist and Hindu perspective. What we learn from those living on the other planes is that we always keep our individuality. We do progress into higher celestial levels where they suggest we eventually don't care about having a body identity. But we are still individuals, and we still live for as long as we want with our soul group, especially those we have great love for.

You wrote, "If I have lived many lives on earth, or maybe even elsewhere, with the understand that each life I experience on earth will help me to spiritually progress, why is it after each life do I enter the same place as I described above. If Focus 27 is "ground zero" so to say, wouldn't only very young souls enter here?"

You're thinking of the next plane as a place. Someone you've read has given it the name Focus 27. It isn't a place. Instead, what we transition into is a condition, and there are many planes involved. It isn't like traveling to England or Australia and everyone who goes there finds the same place. We enter an environment that suits our spiritual level and our expectations. We're now living on the Earth plane, with trees, roads, houses, rivers, eating, drinking, and so on. We expect those things. The next plane has available whatever we are comfortable with or expect because we're now living an episode on the Earth plane. We need that continuity in the next plane. However, it's because of whom we are, not that there's a place like England or Australia that we travel to.

If you were reared in the Kogi tribe in the Amazon rain forest, you would enter an environment with a canopy of trees, huts as you lived in them on the Earth plane, and spare clothing. That's what you are accustomed to and that's what you'd find there.

At the same time, you are with your soul group who are evolving spiritually with you. Those are your loved ones. Some of your loved ones will be on different planes. You can visit them, but you're living on a plane that suits your expectations, desires, and spiritual level. Eventually, you will wean yourself from the Earth plane and not care about eating, drinking, and so on. But you will still be living your individual life. As you say, you will have your primary pastimes, interests, and so on.

You wrote, "If I am a spiritually advanced soul, would I have a different entry point? Or is it those who progress from Focus 27 are souls who have decided they don't need to reincarnate into another life on Earth?"

You will be in an environment like this environment. You don't suddenly change so you understand you're an advanced old soul. That higher self that is the accumulation of all the learning and experiences you have is not accessible at first. You will first continue as you are now on the Earth plane. You gradually will wean yourself from the Earth plane. When you reach the point when you're ready, you'll be able to access and understand all of whom you are as the higher self.

We think in Earth terms. We want results now. But remember we have an eternity to experience, and that eternity isn't measured in time. It just is.

The mind whom we are right now continues as it is. Just as we changed from a 5 year old to a 50 year old, gradually, learning new things and maturing, we will transition onto the next plane of life having all the things we would expect based on our lives on the Earth plane. And gradually we'll grow to leave behind the need to have things like the Earth plane. But it's a gradual growth, like going from a 5 year old to a 50 year old.

And we don't just incarnate onto some time period on the Earth plane. There are millions of other planes and spheres. The Earth plane in the twenty-first century is just one plane, and even on it there are many planes, such as the Kogi in the Amazon rain forest, a Japanese woman living in wealth, a Nigerian man living in poverty, and so on. There are all like different planes of experience. We could also incarnate on the Earth plane in the year 3064 CE or 1200 BCE. All of these planes are accessible to us.
