Jesus, God, the bible?

Hi,
I have another question. What about the bible? Is it all just a fabrication? I can't imagine? And Jesus? Do we meet Jesus? Or are they saying there is no Jesus? I was raised catholic, I am not a religious nuts by any means, but I have to ask what about all these beings and history etc?
