No, it's not too soon to contact your sister. When you do make contact, your sister will have help from those around her, even if she's still getting acclimated. If the connection is in your best interests and hers, it likely will happen. However, we can never know the big picture. We don't understand all the reasons someone is able to come through at one time or another.
