That isn't Spiritualism. Buddhism and Hinduism are the only religions to suggest that the individual merges with God and loses individuality. Spiritualists know that we are individuals for eternity. We grow and change, and have new challenges and new learning. We can't envision the many planes of life we'll experience, and how different and fascinating they'll be. But we will continue through all of them as the Eternal Self we are, with all of those whom we love.
